This test is the Real Estate Salesperson Course final exam for students of The Professional School of Business. It includes 110 questions and requires a passing grade of 70%. Minimum course attendance requirements must be met before taking this exam. You will be certified to take the New Jersey state licensing exam once both requirements have been met.

You must be logged into this site using the same name you used when you registered for your course at the School otherwise you may not get credit. You must take this exam alone and without the aid if anyone or anything other than a math calculator. All course material should be out of reach. Blank scrap paper and a pen or pencil is allowed.

To take this exam you must request it by clicking the "Request This Exam" button. You should request the exam 24 hours before you expect to take the exam. Once your course attendance and other requirements have been verified you will be granted permission to take the exam. You will receive an email confirming your eligibility to test, and that the exam has been granted.

Ater you receive that email you will have 48 hour to start the exam before it expires. To start the exam, log into your accout and click on "Your Account", and then "Start a New Exam". Select the exam "Real Estate Salesperson Final Exam #302" and then "Start a New Exam".  You will then be asked to pay for the exam. Once you start the exam you will have 150 minutes to complete the entire exam. You will not be able to pause the exam while taking it so please allow ample time to complete it in one sitting. Unanswered questions will be scored as incorrect. Incomplete or failed exams will have to be requested again and repurchased. Taking the exam a second time on the same day is not possible.

You probably will want to have a basic calculator (not a cell phone) available while taking the test but there is an online calculator available with each question. Look for the calculator icon on the upper left while testing.
